Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your FREDA SALVADOR shoes, but if they aren't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, pristine items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging, including the dust bag and shoe box, is included to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and dust bag, then secure them inside the original shipping carton or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
